The Lost Front Tier Lists
Class rankings and weapon meta for trench fights, choke holds, and objective pushes.
Welcome to the Tier List Hub for The Lost Front, the Roblox military FPS from Type Productions. This section ranks what actually wins matches: which classes carry a squad, which guns punish trenches, and which tools are situational. Rankings here lean toward beginner practicality—how easy a pick is to use well—while still calling out high-skill options that reward practice.
Use this hub as your map into two focused lists:
- Class Tier List — Assault, Medic, Marksman, Drone Operator, and Machine Gunner roles
- Weapon Tier List — AKS-74, AKM, AS-VAL, AK-12, M16A1, RPK, PKM, RPG-22, RPG-7, and more
How we rank The Lost Front
A fair tier list needs clear criteria. Ours weighs five things:
- Objective impact — Does the pick help capture and hold checkpoints, not only pad K/D?
- Ease of use — Can a new player get value in one session, or does it demand drone FPV hours?
- Versatility — Does it work in trenches, open grass, and building fights?
- Cost and unlock path — Free starter tools beat expensive niche guns early on.
- Team synergy — Medic heals and Machine Gunner suppression change the whole front line.
Meta shifts after attachment updates and balance patches. Always cross-check Updates after a big drop, then revisit these lists.
Classes at a glance
Assault is your default all-rounder: assault rifles, grenades, and mid-range pressure. Medic (level 5) keeps pushes alive with bandages and is the community S-tier pick for practical squads. Marksman (level 10) holds lanes with scoped rifles. Drone Operator (level 16) is powerful but skill-gated—great intel and harassment if you can fly, weaker if you cannot. Machine Gunner anchors chokes with RPK or PKM volume of fire.
Full role write-ups, unlock levels, and matchup notes live on the Class Tier List. Pair that page with Best Loadouts when you want ready-made kits.
Weapons at a glance
The free AKS-74 (70/40/33 damage profile, 600 RPM) is a honest starter. AKM ($850, 75/40/30, 670 RPM) is the solid paid upgrade. AS-VAL ($1250, 20-round mag, 900 RPM) owns close quarters. AK-12 (78/50/38) hits hard across ranges. M16A1 comes from the American Guns pass (399 Robux). RPK and PKM dominate sustained fire; RPG-22 ($500) is a one-shot punch; RPG-7 ($2000) reloads and clears groups.
Narrative meta: AS-VAL for CQB, AKS to learn the map, AKM when you have credits, RPK on chokes, PKM on Machine Gunner, scoped DMRs on Marksman. Dive into the Weapon Tier List for S–F placements and reasoning, then deepen with the weapons guide when that page is your next read.
How to use these lists in a match
Start every session with a class that matches the front. If your team bleeds on the middle checkpoint, queue Medic or Assault and push with cover. If enemies stack a trench bend, bring Machine Gunner or an RPG secondary. If the map opens into long grass and hills, Marksman angles matter more than spray.
Credits earned in-match fund gun unlocks—there are no official promo codes as of September 2026. See Codes for the current status and credit alternatives, and Getting Started if you are brand new to spawns and checkpoints.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for The Lost Front players.
Where should I start: class tier or weapon tier?
Read the Class Tier List first so your role is clear, then pick guns on the Weapon Tier List that fit that role.
Is Medic really S-tier for beginners?
Yes for practical squads—Medic (level 5) keeps pushes alive. Assault remains the best day-one class until you unlock it. Details are on the Class Tier List.
Which free gun should I master first?
The AKS-74. Learn recoil and ranges with it, then save for AKM or AS-VAL. Full placements are on the Weapon Tier List.
Do game passes change the tier list?
American Guns (399 Robux) adds M16A1; VIP (599) speeds XP and credits. Passes expand options but do not replace good positioning—see Best Loadouts.
How often do these rankings update?
After major patches listed on Updates, especially attachment or weapon drops. Recheck both tier pages when the patch notes land.
